Tim McOsker

Incumbent Los Angeles City Councilmember for District 15 since 2022, representing the Harbor-area communities of San Pedro, Wilmington, and Watts. A longtime civic attorney, he served as chief of staff to former Mayor James Hahn and led a public-safety nonprofit before his election. On the council he focuses on port-adjacent economic development, infrastructure, and homelessness. He is seeking re-election.
